I am a qualified, experienced and award-winning urban and rural neighbourhood planner. I help communities to plan positively for their future, setting out how they wish their towns, villages and neighbourhoods to develop.
I can support the following:

-
Responding to planning applications - Including written response and representing you at the Planning Committee. This includes support for nationally significant infrastructure projects.

-
Providing training on planning - I provide training for beginners and also on advanced topics including biodiversity, flooding and drainage, responding to planning applications etc. I am the Planning Trainer for the Kent Association of Local Councils.

-
Neighbourhood Planning support - I've supported well over 100 plans across the country. I tailor my support to your individual needs, which means I can do as much or as little as required. I can support all aspects of the process including: engagement, policy writing, mapping, workshops, evidence gathering, site assessments, environmental assessments, housing needs studies etc. If you are in the process about preparing a plan or about to embark, but unsure given the grants being removed, please contact me (07930 325965) and I can help you work out what to do next.

-
Parish Planning / Infrastructure Statements: If a neighbourhood plan is not for you, there may be merit in preparing a Parish/ Town Plan or statement setting out infrastructure priorities.

-
Local engagement / facilitation: I am experienced in presenting, running workshops (mapping, visioning), facilitating meetings and discussions in including with developers.
